We are looking for a high-calibre candidate with experience in a range of fundraising functions and a track record of success. We are looking for someone who can think strategically to develop a long-term plan for fundraising, as well as delivering on the immediate work: sourcing and developing new leads, writing applications and reports to funders and managing relationships. You will need to be proactive and persistent; seeking out new opportunities and seeing them through. You will be a talented communicator, with exceptional written and verbal skills, able to communicate cogently and with passion for our vision and mission. A genuine interest in the work of Action Tutoring, the charity sector and/or education is vital. There is significant potential to grow with this role and the organisation, as the organisation realises its growth ambitions.
