Office Administrator (London based) – 30 to 37.5 hours a week
We are looking for an Office Administrator to join us, based in London. The successful candidate will take responsibility for the general office administration and operations, and provide support to senior members of the team. You will be responsible for a number of key areas including: HR, finance support, diary and travel management, supporting the board and being the first port of call for enquiries. This is a varied role, with opportunities to contribute to, and learn about, a wide range of areas of the organisation.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the senior leadership team to oversee Action Tutoring’s work in London at a crucial stage of the organisation’s development and to play a role in shaping the direction of the organisation for the future.
Reporting to the CEO/ Programme Director, you will be responsible for leading and growing the work of Action Tutoring in London, consolidating and growing our Secondary programmes and significantly expanding our reach with Primary Schools. You will be responsible for leading the London programme delivery team, managing a team of Programme Executives and Programme Coordinators.
