Programme Coordinator opportunities
We are looking for five high-calibre candidates to join our team as Programme Coordinators for London, Birmingham, Bristol, Sheffield and Nottingham. You will be responsible for overseeing a case load of partner schools in the city you’re based in, liaising and working closely with the schools and pupils and managing our pool of volunteer tutors. You will oversee the quality of tutoring, continuously working to deliver the greatest impact for participating pupils. We are looking for people who can demonstrate genuine commitment to the vision of the charity and see themselves developing with us.

We are looking for someone with experience in a range of fundraising functions and a track record of success. We are looking for someone who can think strategically to develop a long-term plan for fundraising, as well as delivering on the immediate work: sourcing and developing new leads, writing applications and reports to funders and managing relationships. You will need to be proactive and persistent; seeking out new opportunities and seeing them through. You will be a talented communicator, with exceptional written and verbal skills, able to communicate cogently and with passion for our vision and mission. A genuine interest in the work of Action Tutoring, the charity sector and/or education is vital.
