Adam joined Action Tutoring in August 2016 as Regional Manager. He supports the regional Programme Coordinators in their development and growth of Action Tutoring outside of London and also manages the charity’s operations.
Adam has over eight years’ experience working in education. Before joining Action Tutoring, he worked as a Regional Manager for a nationwide private tutoring company. He graduated from Durham University with a degree in Geology in 2007, and then spent a year as sabbatical president of Josephine Butler College where he built up a student volunteering programme with youth groups in Newcastle. Adam has a real passion for reducing the gap for pupils facing a socio-economic disadvantage in their education.
