Alice joined Action Tutoring in January 2022 as Programme Coordinator for Sussex (paternity cover), later taking on the role of Engagement Coordinator in August 2023.

Alice is responsible for overseeing the tutor journey from when tutors apply, through to them volunteering on a programme.

I was drawn to the role at Action Tutoring because of my desire to make a difference to young people’s lives and create equal opportunity for all. I’m really excited to see the organisation grow and reach even more disadvantaged pupils.
