Helena Potter

Pronouns: she/her

Helena has recently graduated from her undergraduate History degree during which she specialised in histories of race, class and gender, mostly in modern Britain. She became particularly interested in the causes of social injustice in our society. Whilst studying History, she worked with children in the US and studied abroad in the Czech Republic for a year. She is excited to help reduce educational inequality and close the attainment gap.

She also interned for a foodbank charity and another education charity which inspired her to pursue a career in helping to tackle social disadvantage in our country. She is excited to help reduce educational inequality and close the attainment gap.

Outside of work, Helena is very active, anything from running and rollerskating, to swimming in the sea and yoga. She loves being outdoors, travelling and meeting new people. She also loves cooking plant-based meals as an aspiring (but not the most consistent) vegan.
