Molly joined Action Tutoring in August 2022 as a Programme Coordinator for London.
She is responsible for overseeing a caseload of partner schools in London, liaising and working closely with the schools and pupils as well as managing our pool of volunteer tutors.
I was drawn to working at Action Tutoring because I thoroughly enjoyed working in the education sector but I was looking for a way to further support underprivileged students. Action Tutoring was able to offer me a role that combined my love of education with my passion to work in the charity sphere.
I really appreciate the variety in my role. No two days are the same and I am constantly given new challenges and interesting obstacles.
