Will is originally from Manchester and studied a mixed BA in Ethics and Philosophy at Lancaster University before going on to do two years of teaching work in Japan.
He returned to complete further study with an MA in Humanitarianism and Conflict Response at the University of Manchester, and a six-month internship with an international charity in Belgium. He was the Liverpool Programme Coordinator for Action Tutoring from August 2015 before beginning the Data and Evaluation Manager role from March 2017, fulfilling his long-time dream of working with data and evidence. His hobby is distance running.
