Mark is a Chartered Management Accountant, holds the ICAEW diploma in Charity Accounting, and has a Masters in Charity Accounting and Financial Management from Bayes Business School in London. He also holds a degree in Mathematics from Cambridge University.

After that, Andy moved into the third sector as Deputy Chief Executive of the Tony Blair Africa Governance Initiative and then Chief Executive of Impetus a venture philanthropy charity focused on social mobility. Andy is also a trustee of Generation, a youth employment charity.
Abbie Hayes

Abbie began her career at the V&A, before setting up her own successful consultancy, HayesKenyon Ltd. She is now Head of Trusts and Foundations at University of the Arts London, where her team secures philanthropic grants for a world-leader in creative education.
Abbie is also a Trustee of the East End Women’s Museum, the only dedicated women’s history museum in England.

As a chartered accountant and chartered tax advisor Sara worked for over 30 years in the financial services sector. However, she is now focussed on rediscovering the scientist she once was when she completed her MA in Chemistry at Oxford University and returned to education to complete a MSc in Social Cognition at University College London in 2022.
