Elsie is responsible for overseeing a caseload of partner schools in Manchester, working closely teachers, volunteers and pupils to achieve beneficial sessions for all.

I love how close knit and supportive the AT team is, with everyone so willing to help one another.

I volunteered as a tutor for my university third year placement module and felt very inspired by the mission Action Tutoring is constantly striving towards.

I enjoy that no day is the same! I love being out and about at different schools, and interacting with the pupils, who never fail to brighten your day. I also love to witness when pupils transition from being apprehensive about a tutoring session to looking forward to logging on to see their tutor. The strong relationships built help them to gain so much confidence and it is amazing to see.

I have really benefited from the Headspace membership provided by AT as well as the EAP therapy sessions.
