Lucy is responsible for overseeing a caseload of partner schools in Birmingham, liaising and working closely with the schools and pupils as well as managing our pool of volunteer tutors.
It is incredibly rewarding to work alongside a team of like-minded people who are all dedicated to closing the educational attainment gap for pupils from disadvantaged backgrounds.
I enjoy how every day is different, working closely with schools, pupils and volunteer tutors knowing we all have a shared vision, ensuring that a pupil’s background doesn’t determine their future.
