Basis of Processing
Consent: Where you provide your details for marketing purposes outlined above our basis of processing is consent. You can withdraw consent at any point by contacting us on contact details below.
Legitimate interest: We also reach out to our partners on a legitimate interest basis where we have already worked with a partner previously. We do this where we believe this aligns with a partner’s educational needs and interests, we have a potential resource or capability to enhance the school’s curriculum and support their pupils or to maintain and develop our professional relationship with a school by offering relevant and beneficial opportunities. Our legitimate interest as a charity to promote and expand our programmes to schools we have successfully partnered with in the past and support a wider number of beneficiaries with out tutoring programmes. This includes a legitimate interest in maintaining and strengthening our relationships with partner schools to ensure the continued delivery of valuable educational resources and a legitimate interest in offering programmes that we believe will benefit the educational development of pupils. We have carefully considered the potential impact on the school’s privacy and have determined that the processing is necessary for the stated purpose and we will only use the contact details previously provided by a school for professional communications related to our programmes. We provide a clear and easy option for the school to opt-out of future communications at any time.
