Abbie Hayes
Abbie is an experienced fundraiser who has secured transformational philanthropic gifts for education and arts charities across the United Kingdom. This funding, for organisations such as the V&A, RIBA, the Ashmolean, East London Dance and University of the Arts London, has supported endowment campaigns, inspirational galleries and educational spaces, student scholarships, and training and employment programmes.
Abbie began her career at the V&A, before setting up her own successful consultancy, HayesKenyon Ltd. Between 2018 and 2024 she was Head of Trusts and Foundations at University of the Arts London, where her team secured philanthropic grants for a world-leader in creative education.
Abbie is currently Head of Philanthropy and Partnerships at the Education Endowment Foundation, a charity dedicated to breaking the link between family income and educational achievement by improving teaching and learning through the better use of evidence.
