Alexandra is responsible for overseeing a caseload of partner schools in Newcastle, liaising and working closely with the schools and pupils as well as managing our pool of volunteer tutors.
I enjoy the culture and welcoming atmosphere of AT which is hard to create remotely! I like that I get to visit the schools and pupils that AT wants to help, creating relationships with inspiring young people and dedicated volunteers!
I’m looking forward to helping more and more children each year and seeing the impact of our work when the EEF report is released.
I loved the team days – being able to meet up all together face to face and interact with people in the organisation I would not usually communicate with in my role.
