Hannah O’Neill

Hannah joined Action Tutoring in March 2017 as the Programme Coordinator for Liverpool, before moving to the position of Partnerships and Fundraising Manager in August 2020.

Hannah oversees our corporate, university and fundraising partnerships, leading a team of three partnership coordinators to build sustainable, fruitful and mutually beneficial volunteering and funding relationships between Action Tutoring and a variety of stakeholders.

Born and raised in Merseyside, Hannah holds a degree in Sociology and Criminology from the University of Liverpool. After university Hannah went on to tutor A-Level Sociology whilst studying Neuro-Linguistic Programming and coaching. Passionate about making a difference, Hannah has volunteered for a plethora of charities focussed on supporting education, mentoring young women, the Armed Forces, animals and disability. She firmly stands by the statement “we can all be the difference that makes the difference”.

In July 2021 Hannah was awarded a ‘Rising Star Award’ in the Charity and Not-For-Profit sector through We Are The City, highlighting her personal and professional contribution to the Third Sector.

In her spare time Hannah enjoys exploring North Wales, practicing yoga and listening to the Eagles and Bon Jovi.
