As Head of School Marketing, I lead and deliver comprehensive, cross-organisational marketing initiatives to enable us to reach more schools, and increase the number of schools that partner with us.
I’ve always had an interest in the education sector and improving outcomes for learners. I’ve been familiar with Action Tutoring as a charity for some time, and I am incredibly grateful to have the opportunity to work for an organisation that makes a difference to the lives of so many young people facing disadvantage.
I like the variety of the role and the opportunity to work with so many great people that care deeply about our industry. And seeing the positive impact tutoring has on pupil learning outcomes, and pupil confidence!
I am looking forward to reaching more schools and increasing the number of schools we partner with, so that more pupils can benefit from impactful tutoring.
Our Team Days present such a fantastic opportunity to work collaboratively with colleagues across all departments, who we don’t work with every day.
