Katy joined AT as a Programme Coordinator and became a Corporate Partnerships Coordinator in December 2025.

Katy is responsible for developing and managing both our existing and new corporate partnerships.

I enjoy working with colleagues who are also passionate about education equality. Having such a dedicated, supportive and kind team makes AT a brilliant place to work!

I was previously working in the Education Directorate of a local authority. While interesting, I wasn’t directly engaging with schools or pupils, and I knew I wanted to do something more impactful. I came across AT when I was looking for volunteer tutoring opportunities, saw there was a vacancy and never looked back!

I love seeing first hand the impact of the work we do. Being in school with pupils, you can really see their skills and confidence grow over the duration of a programme.

I am looking forward to expanding our reach even further and generally supporting as many pupils as possible!
