Mark joined Action Tutoring in August 2021 as Online Programmes and Systems Administrator, later becoming our Online Programmes Manager.
In Mark’s role, he ensures that our online classroom technology and Learning Management System are fit for purpose and maintained for appropriate use by our volunteer tutors.
I enjoy working with a diverse and collaborative team where everybody’s opinion is valued. I also enjoy supporting our dedicated Programme Team and tutors with their Online and Virtual programmes. It motivates me when I am able to visit our programmes around the country and observe their brilliant sessions in-person.
