Molly Crozier

Molly is responsible for overseeing a caseload of partner schools in Newcastle and the wider North East, liaising and working closely with the schools and pupils as well as managing our pool of volunteer tutors.
I enjoy working for an organisation whose mission aligns closely with my own values.
Before coming to AT, I had been an academic and an English language teacher. I was looking for work that allowed me to combine my education experience with social impact, so AT was a great fit.
Living in Newcastle but not being from the region, I really value the opportunity to be more involved in my local community and work with young people in the area. Our tutors come from all walks of life so it’s great to be able to build relationships with such a variety of people.
I’m looking forward to seeing AT grow and expand into new parts of the country, particularly into more rural and coastal areas.
