Natalie is responsible for overseeing a caseload of partner schools in London, liaising and working closely with the schools and pupils as well as managing our pool of volunteer tutors
I wanted to work at Action Tutoring because I wanted to be part of an organisation that directly works to close the attainment gap between pupils. As someone who was lucky to benefit from similar programmes during my time at school, it is great to be able to give back and open the doors to new opportunities for young people.
I enjoy the variety of the role, every day is different. It’s lovely to be able to see the progress pupils make as the weeks go on and the direct impact our tutoring has! The role also allows me to collaborate with colleagues from all over the country and share our ideas/challenges, it’s great to have such a supportive and welcoming team at Action Tutoring.
