Sam first joined Action Tutoring in August 2020 as Data and Systems Assistant after two years as a volunteer maths tutor, and moved on to become our Senior Data & Evaluation Administrator.
Sam supports the Data Manager and Evaluation and Research Manager in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our data through our Salesforce CRM database. He also produces reports and facilitates evaluation to help measure our impact, and works in our Data Protection team on GDPR and cyber-security.
I came to Action Tutoring because I wanted to have a more direct role in helping close the attainment gap, after volunteering for two academic years.
What I enjoy about working at here is that everybody is working towards the same mission, there is no internal competition, just mutual support across teams.
