Sarah is responsible for organising and coordinating fundraising events and campaigns, and increasing individual giving to the charity through awareness raising and stewardship of regular and one-off donors.
I was drawn to Action Tutoring because of the real-life impact of their work. I’ve had experience in various educational settings but I couldn’t quite find where I fit in, and so I found my passion for fundraising 3 years ago where I began my career at a much smaller charity. Whilst I enjoyed my role there and learnt so much, I’m excited to merge my interests in both education and fundraising by being a part of the AT team.
It’s amazing to see the real impact the work of AT has for pupils and I’m looking forward to learning from the team’s expertise and further developing my fundraising skills to help to continue this beneficial work.
I’m also looking forward to seeing AT continue to grow and positively impact children and young people.
